Middle School Support Groups

For kids ages 11 - 14yrs, these groups are support groups not therapy groups. As such, they incorporate skills and discussion for emotion regulation and wellness. Each group meeting takes place in my West Seattle Art studio/group office/garden.

Activities include Art/Crafts (supplies included), shared music, and games. Healthy snacks provided are popcorn, filtered water and fruit.

Topics include:

  • How to ask for Support at Home and School

  • Stress Management

  • Communicating with Friends

  • Fun tips about Sleep and Food

  • Discovering and Following your Passions

These groups are for ages 11-14yrs and all genders are welcome to attend. This is a safe space.

Fee

$220 for four 1.5 hr group sessions

Because this is a small group limited to 7 attendees, the fee is for the entire package rather than individual sessions.
I have one opening for a youth on Medicaid. The fee for this spot will be $25 for the entire series. 

No refunds are available however, in the event of cancellation for a sudden, unexpected, contagious illness, I am happy to make arrangements for you to attend a future group session.
