Coaching and Support for Creatives

I offer personalized coaching for creatives of all ages, along with open studio sessions, themed workshops, and immersive day retreats — all hosted in the welcoming space of my private studio.

I am a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) trained by the Life Coach Institute of Orange County, which adheres to the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics and the ICF Core Competencies. 

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts with a Minor in Art Therapy. I'm a visual artist, writer and garden designer.

I understand the challenges of time and focus as well as other deterrents to creative work. I believe in the power of imagination to heal. I love to work with creativity in all forms. I can work with you to awaken and nourish this force within you.
