Fees & Insurance

I am in-network with Premera and Lifewise health plans. If you have a plan for which I am out-of-network, I am able to provide you an invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I also accept private pay.

Therapy:
My fee for initial consultation is $225, subsequent therapy sessions is $175 per 55-minute hour.

Clinical Consultation:
Sessions are 55-minute hours at $135 for those in private practice, and $120 for those working in agency or non-profit spaces.

Coaching for Creatives:
Individual coaching sessions are $150 per 55-minute hour.

Payments may be made via Venmo or PayPal.
